Issue View: Search by Tag, reorder Feature and Scenario

We’ve added some new functionality on AssetThat issue view, making it easier to search, and organise scenarios on Issue View during 3 amigos and execution:

1. 1. “Search by Tag expression” – new option to add scenarios to User Stories or Test Plans.

1. 1. Filter by mode Automated/Manual – new option to filter scenarios by mode.

1. 1. Sequence your scenarios and features by simply dragging and dropping
